Multi-Vitamin & Mineral Supplement in a Green Food Base

OPTIMUM NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEM

PRAIRIE NATURALS® Multi-Force™ is a unique formula, combining multiple vitamins, minerals, enzymes and Nature's most powerful food, called “Greenfolds”.   Since food alone cannot give our bodies all of the essential elements, supplementation becomes a key to overall wellness.   Vitamins, minerals, enzymes and green foods are the foundation to proper nutrition, and that's where Prairie Natural's Multi-Force fits in.   A complete multi-vitamin and mineral supplement for an optimal nutritional support system (ONSS).

Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) – Maintains the integrity and efficiency of tissues lining the respiratory, gastrointestinal and gastrourinary tract (incl. kidneys and bladder), aids in the growth and repair of tissues (bones), helps maintain soft, smooth, healthy skin: maintains healthy gums, teeth and maintains overall vision and prevents night blindness.

Vitamin A (Palmitate) – Necessary for the health of all cells, in growth and development, function of the glands, reproduction, protection against infection, liver function, skin integrity and functions of the inner lining of the digestive tract.

Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) – Helps synthesize enzymes involved in the active transport of calcium and aids in the absorption of calcium from the intestinal tract and the breakdown and assimilation of phosphorus.   It helps maintain the nervous system, normal heart action and blood clotting.   Regulates the metabolism of blood sugars, normal function of the glands and assists in muscular activity.

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) – An anti-oxidant which prevents essential fatty acids and vitamin A from breaking down due to exposure to oxygen and other substances which create free radicals.   Promotes proper functioning of blood flow, slows down the aging process in cells, protects the lungs and other tissues against poisons in the environment.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – Necessary for the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose (provides proper function of the central nervous system), aids in growth and development of children, muscle tone in the stomach, intestines and heart.   It also improves digestion (especially sugars, starch and alcohol).

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – Helps in the breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.   It is essential for healthy skin, nails, hair and eyes.   Provides more energy and stamina for the body.

Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) – It also assists in the breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, but also provides maintenance for the digestive tissue system, tongue and central nervous system.   It is effective in reducing blood cholesterol and improving circulation.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – This vitamin's primary function is to help in the manufacturing of collagen, a protein necessary for the formation of connective tissue in skin, ligaments and bones.   It also acts as an anti-oxidant in protecting thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and vitamins A and E against oxidation.   It is also required for healthy function of adrenal glands and helps the body conserve iodine.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) – It is essential for amino acid metabolism, production of red blood cells and anti-bodies.   Aids in the production of hydrochloric acid and magnesium, indirectly helps regulate body fluids, promotes normal function of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.

Folic Acid (Folacin B9) – Aids in the formation of red blood cells, helps breakdown and utilize proteins, increases appetite and stimulates production of hydrochloric acid.

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) – Actually has a couple of important roles to play.   Helps regulate the assimilation of protein, fats and carbohydrates, aids in choline synthesis through folic acid.   Reduces fatigue, irritability, the inability to concentrate, mild memory loss, lack of balance and in some cases, insomnia.

Biotin – Assists in the creation of fatty acids and the oxidation of fatty acids and carbohydrates.   It helps utilize proteins, folic acid, B12 and pantothenic acid.

Pantothenic Acid – Reduces the toxic effect of many antibiotics, important for anti-body formation, stimulates metabolism, essential in the synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and fatty acids.   Helps in combating the effects of stress, stimulates the adrenal glands to produce more cortisone and dhea which the body turns into testosterone which of late has received major press in anti aging effects when in balance with all the other hormones. It also stimulates other hormones important for healthy nerves and skin. Assists the reproduction system in a healthy way virtually eliminating that dull pain associated with the herpes virus. The root "pantos" in Latin means "everywhere". A very important component of your everyday healthy routine.

Lipotrophic Factors –

Choline – Prevents fats from being overstocked in the liver.   Within the liver it combines with fatty acids to form lecithin, which is essential for the health of the liver and kidneys.   It also maintains optimal performance of the nerve fibers.

Inositol – Effective in promoting lecithin, while moving fat to cells and reducing blood cholesterol.   Protects the heart, liver and kidneys and it is also helpful for brain nutrition.

Methionine – Is an essential amino acid which helps build tissue.   It also aids in maintaining healthy skin and scalp and removes fat from the liver.

Minerals

Calcium – Builds and maintains bones and teeth.   It is also essential for healthy blood, regulates the heartbeat, plays a role in muscle growth and contraction and in nerve transmission.   It helps regulate the passage of nutrients in and out of cell walls.   Magnesium and phosphorus are required to permit optimum utilization and retention of calcium.

Magnesium – Activates enzymes necessary for metabolism of carbohydrates and amino acids.   Promotes the absorption and metabolism of calcium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium.   It is necessary for proper nerve and muscle function (especially the heart).

Zinc – Is an essential trace element and assists in the normal absorption and action of vitamins, in particular B vitamins.   The constituent of at least 25 enzymes involved in digestion.   A component of insulin, needed to break down alcohol, essential for proper functioning of the prostrate gland, and most effective when taken with vitamin A, copper, calcium and phosphorus.

Iodine – Aids in the development and functioning of the thyroid gland (which is essential in maintaining proper mental function, speech, healthy hair, nails, skin and teeth).   It regulates the production of energy and helps the body to burn excess fat.

Manganese – It helps activate numerous enzymes, a catalyst in the synthesis of fatty acids and cholesterol.   It also nourishes the nerves and brain, proper glandular function, tissue respiration and the utilization of vitamin E.

Copper – Assists in the formation of hemoglobin and red blood cells by aiding in the absorption of iron.   It helps the body oxidize vitamin C to form “elastin”, the chief component of elastic muscle fibers throughout the body.

Chromium – Stimulates the activity of enzymes involved in metabolizing glucose for energy.   Chromium appears to stabilize the blood-sugar levels by increasing the effectiveness of insulin.

Selenium – Works closely with vitamin E in metabolic actions and in promoting normal body growth and fertility.   A natural anti-oxidant which appears to preserve elasticity of tissue by delaying oxidation of polyunsaturated acids that can cause solidification of tissue proteins.

Vanadium – It is an essential trace mineral which appears to be required for normal growth, fertility and lipid metabolism.   It may be useful in the treatment of diabetes.

Molybdenum – It is a component of several enzymes and is associated with carbohydrate metabolism.   It may prevent dental caries.

Super Green Foods

Green Tea Extract (20% Polyphenols) – An anti-oxidant rich in polyphenols, a class of bioflavonoids.   Primarily used in fighting free radicals.

Alfalfa Powder – Since the plant's root resides under the earth for quite some distance, it is rich in many vitamins and minerals, like A, D, E, B6 and K.   The plant is also rich in beta carotene, chlorophyll and several enzymes which improve digestion.

Spirulina (blue-green algae) – The highest food source of vitamin B12 and one of the most nutritious foods anywhere.   It is a highly digestible protein, containing all of the essential amino acids and contains 25% more beta carotene than carrots.

Royal Jelly – Is made by nurse bees that combine honey with pollen and refine it into royal jelly, then feed it to the queen bee.   It contains B-complex vitamins, B5, B6, minerals, vitamins A, C, D and E, enzymes, amino acids, hormones and antibacterial and antibiotic components.

Organic Carrot Powder – Rich in beta carotene aids in performance and strength of vision.

Siberian Ginseng – This is the most potent of all the ginseng varieties, increased DNA, RNA and protein synthesis in the cell.   The Siberian extraction has powerful anti-fatigue effects, unlike Korean ginseng, which can cause excitability and disturbances in sleep.

Norwegian Kelp Powder – Excellent source of minerals and trace minerals (especially iodine).

Enzymes – Bromelain, Papain and Betain HCL

All enzymes are organic compounds which breakdown food we eat, making it much easier for the body to utilize.   Digestive enzymes are the most important elements in extracting nutritional value from consumed food.   Enzymes determine whether foods are used as immediate energy, as stored energy or as structural components of body tissue.

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) – This naturally occurring chemical is part of the folic acid molecule.   It stimulates intestinal bacteria to produce folic acid.   It is important for the heath of the intestines, acts as a sunscreen and stimulates fertility.

Bioflavonoids – Concentrated in the pulpy, white part of fruit.   Bioflavonoids are essential for proper absorption and function of vitamin C.   It also assists vitamin C in the production and maintenance of collagen (intercellular “cement”); it helps prevent hemorrhages, ruptures in the capillaries, connective tissues and builds a protective barrier against infections.
