This is where we all get started. We all know
someone who is not optimally healthy. You may not be
as you read this and don't even realize it. The good
news is that you are interested, after all you are reading
this and chances are you may be able to correct any
issues that you or your loved ones may have through
optimizing their health. As you educate yourself about
what is available to you and what symptoms are caused

These are the symptoms of an estimated 14 million plus
adults North America wide and another study says up
to 36% of the population. That is an amazing, 1 in every
3 people. The number 2 reason for doctors visits in
2002 was depression and the ages of 40-59 have the highest
rate at 51%. In 1988 there were 15.8 million prescriptions
filled for antidepressants and by 2002 the number had
doubled and continues to rise. Suzanne Somers in her
latest book adds her thoughts on an unbalanced hormonal
state with many of the same characteristics. Whether
it be unbalanced hormones or depression, or a combination,
or one causing the other, it is troubling. We wonder
why? What in our environment is causing this? There
are many issues that need to be addressed. For example:
When a women takes a birth control pill her brain says
"no eggs need to be produced" because she
is tricked by a pill made of man made estrogens and she goes into
a false sense of menopause. Most women get along with
out the full compliment of balanced hormones for awhile until continued very stressful situations zap the body of its normal hormone producing state or
peri menopause. Their bodies then make hormones at a reduced rate or are not making any hormones
at all and the "we all know someone who" list
above becomes very obvious.
It
is with this thought that we have designed systems from

Keep it simple. Use plain ordinary products. It was recently read that if packaged food products have more than 5 ingredients listed then you should not be eating it. This, no doubt is an exaggeration but nevertheless a point is made.
