Q. How much J.O.L. do I take?
A. That depends on your weight and other factors.
As a guide, start at 20 drops for a weight of 120 lbs.
130 lbs – 30 drops
140 lbs – 40 drops
150 lbs – 50 drops
These are guidelines only –you may need more, you may need less, do not over consume. Listen to your body.

Q. What do I take J.O.L. with? I imagine it tastes somewhat unsavoury?
A. You can put your drops in orange juice, or any other breakfast juice for that matter, lemonade, ice tea, etc. Use 6-8oz of juice with your drops, you don’t want to taste it and spoil your otherwise positive experience.

Q. Why is J.O.L. sold as a tincture? (Liquid)
A. We are unique in that respect.
1) Control drop by drop
2) Small amount of alcohol in J.O.L. acts as a preservative, stabilizer, a carrying agent to your body parts that require its active ingredients, it plays an active role in building the body’s immune system, and it goes to work almost immediately. With the optimal amount we have seen it work in as little as 2 hours. The total alcohol content per taking is only about the same as eating an over ripe banana.

Q. Everywhere I look, everyone is talking quality. What about luvlife.net products?

Q. How much of the Minerals and Vitamins do I take?
A. In the beginning taking extra Multi Force Vitamins, Mineral Matrix, and Greens Force is probably a good idea to increase the levels of those vitamins and minerals that have become depleted over the years. In other words take the maximum recommended on the bottle. The bottle may say mix 3 heaping teaspoons of product xyz with juice but does not say how many times a day. That again is your choice depending on your weight and how much your body needs. Bottom line is you will need to replenish lacking nutrients and your body will continue to absorb any thing nourishing that passes through it. As someone once said....Vitamins and minerals are food, just put gravy on them and eat them. You probably won't put gravy on them but you do get the point.

Q. What about allergies?
A. This is always a good question. This is why you read the bottles ingredients and if you have known allergies to any of the ingredients you do not consume. That makes perfect sense. (As you may have noticed all of our products ingredients are listed on their respective pages.) If you have no known allergies to these products then consume following the directions. That also makes perfect sense. Then as stated earlier listen to your body.

Q. Do I need a prescription?
A. Not necessary due to its herbal makeup.
